Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to lead our teams on custom home builds and remodel projects. This is a key leadership role in our expanding residential division.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor residential electrical crews on site
• Ensure compliance with all NEC codes, local amendments, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Manage project timelines, material orders, and coordination with other trades
• Perform installations, troubleshooting, inspections, and change order work
• Maintain documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in residential electrical, with focus on custom homes and remodels
• Valid Nevada Drivers License
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with blueprints, codes, and construction software
• Clean driving record
