Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Foreman to join our team on a large commercial construction project in Kerrville, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, maintaining a safe jobsite, and leading crews to successful project completion.
The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on leader with strong commercial electrical experience and the ability to effectively manage daily field operations while coordinating with project management, other trades, and the customer.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise electrical crews on a large commercial construction project.
Oversee daily jobsite operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.
Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment.
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Ensure installations comply with NEC, project specifications, and quality standards.
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies.
Track daily progress and communicate project updates to management.
Identify and resolve field issues to keep the project moving forward.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Electrical Lead Foreman preferred.
Extensive commercial electrical construction experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret plans and electrical drawings.
Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Proven ability to coordinate multiple crews and maintain project schedules.
Valid driver's license.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and meet all VA security requirements to obtain and maintain site access credentials (badge)
Compensation & Benefits:
$40.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience.
Company vehicle provided.
Full-time position (40 hours per week). Some overtime.
