Responsibilities:

Lead crews on high-profile commercial/multi-family/industrial jobs
Oversee schedules, safety, and quality
Mentor apprentices & junior electricians
Hands-on leadership in fast-paced environments
Lift up to 50 lbs & work in varied conditions

Requirements:
5+ years Electrical Foreman experience (REQUIRED)
Proven leadership on large commercial projects
Self-starter – run jobs independently or with teams
Valid CA Driver’s License (insurable)
Physically capable of manual work
