We are a growing, family-run electrical contracting company looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews and run commercial and residential projects throughout the Triangle.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, stays organized, and knows how to lead a crew with a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and direct electricians and helpers on commercial and residential projects
- Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep jobs moving safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints, plans, and electrical specifications
- Communicate with customers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
- Troubleshoot problems and make sound decisions in the field
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with electrical codes
- Manage materials, tools, and job-site organization
- Complete daily documentation and communicate project needs to management
- Train and mentor less-experienced team members
- 5+ years of electrical experience
- 2+ years of foreman or crew-lead experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized and dependable
- Positive, professional attitude
- Ability to give clear direction and hold a crew accountable
- High standards for quality and safety
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
- Basic hand tools
