Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Phoenix team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, staying organized, and delivering high-quality electrical work on multifamily projects.
Responsibilities include:

• Supervising electrical work on small apartment complexes and other residential projects
• Managing and leading field crews
• Coordinating schedules and ensuring projects stay on track
• Working closely with site superintendents and project managers
• Overseeing electrical installations while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Assisting with some light commercial electrical projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong electrical background with residential experience (commercial experience is a plus)
• Previous experience leading crews and supervising job sites
• Ability to read plans and coordinate field operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
