Electrical - Ultra High-End Residential

Well established electrical contractor seeks experienced foremen, electricians, and apprentices. Multiple new construction and remodel projects throughout the Bay Area, primarily in San Francisco. Our team offers the latest in home automation, lighting control system, audio/video systems, networks, energy storage systems, photovoltaic systems, surveillance systems, and motorized window coverings for ultra-high-end residences.

Applicants with the following skills will be prioritized:

• Excellent planning & organizational skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to read & understand architectural drawings & specifications
• Knowledge of current NEC
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Pride in personal workmanship & quality of installation
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Work well with apprentice(s) & willing to instruct / teach
• Able & willing to use modern technology as a tool! (smart phones, tablets, texting, email, laptops, etc.)
• Knowledge in Lutron lighting control systems or equivalent; knowledge of low voltage systems a plus
• Responsible & reliable
• Respect and work well with all co-workers
• MUST have ET card or CA state certification card
