Commercial Electrical Contractor in Va. Beach

Hiring now! This is an ideal opportunity for an electrician wanting to step away from the construction side of trade into a cleaner work environment doing service calls and small commercial jobs in the commercial environment with a company nearly a century in business. Hours 7:30-4:00 M-F.
compensation: $30-38 per hour

Seeking immediate hire. All local work. Resume required. Need to have a minimum of 5-10 years commercial electrical experience and have at least some electrical service troubleshooting! Will be trained by “retiring Service electrician” to replace him by the end of June. Hiring now, start at end of June.

Requirement:

• Valid Va. Driver's License & transportation.
• Journeyman or Master electrician only.
• Drug Screening & background check required.
• Electrical hand tools required (with battery drill and 1/2-3/4” EMT pipe benders if possible.). Company to furnish other tools and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Work for a minimum of 40 hours per week minimum.
• Must have own vehicle to get to work if needed (company work van will be provided after training)
• Install, troubleshoot or replace wiring in commercial properties, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
