Description
- Diagnose electrical problems and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Complete service calls and installations with minimal supervision.
- Install, replace, and repair panels, breakers, wiring, lighting, devices, and related equipment.
- Install conduit and conductors with proper routing and support.
- Read electrical plans, wiring diagrams, panel schedules, and manufacturer instructions.
- Follow electrical codes and workplace-safety requirements.
- Plan materials and coordinate purchases for assigned projects.
- At least three years of electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Residential and commercial electrical experience.
- Ability to work independently and complete projects without direct supervision.
- Strong knowledge of circuit sizing, grounding, bonding, overcurrent protection, and GFCI/AFCI applications.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Must provide appropriate professional electrical tools.
