Electrician Needed for New Restaurant Build-Out – Downtown Madison

Location: Downtown Madison, WI

Job Type: Contract / Project-Based

We are seeking an experienced electrician to assist with the electrical work for a new restaurant opening in downtown Madison. This is an opportunity to work on a new restaurant build-out with the potential for additional work as the project progresses.

Scope of Work May Include:

Electrical installation and modifications for a restaurant space

Installation of lighting, outlets, switches, and dedicated circuits

Electrical connections for commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration

Panel work, circuit additions, and troubleshooting as needed

Ensuring all work meets applicable electrical codes and inspection requirements

Qualifications:

Licensed electrician or qualified electrical contractor preferred

Experience with commercial restaurant or hospitality projects strongly preferred

Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and electrical requirements

Reliable, professional, and able to work within a construction schedule

Must be properly qualified to perform the applicable work in Wisconsin

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience, scope of work, and project pricing. Open to hourly rates or a bid for the agreed-upon scope of work.
