Electrician Needed for Regular Side Work

Electrician needed for Side Work at 6 apartment complexes. Must do things to code, flexible hours, not full time. Just when needed or during turnover of apartments. If you're good and efficient, you'll have regular work. MUST speak clear English.

Must be able to do things like:
1) change electrical outlets & switches
2) change 220 plugs for stoves
3) change overhead fans/lights
4) install new can/puck lights
5) install vanity lights
6) install bathroom fans
7) install GFCI plugs
8) replace/repair doorbells
9) move/repair/replace any of the above items

$50/hour
