Electrician wanted for residential work part time 1099 at first

Needing to hire experienced residential electrician for new and service work. Part time 1099 basis at first. Must be reliable and able to diagnose and repair all types of residential electrical issues, must be able to perform new residential installations, must be able to work alone as needed, must have good communication skills.
