We're Hiring for Two Positions:
Journeyman Electrician – $35/hr
What We're Looking For
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician certification
- Experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
- Ability to work independently and lead on job sites
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must supply own basic hand tools
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused
- Lead electrical installations, service calls, and finish work across OC job sites
- Mentor apprentices and maintain high workmanship standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Ensure all work meets code and passes inspection
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled in or eligible for a state-approved apprenticeship program (preferred)
- Basic electrical knowledge or hands-on trade experience a plus
- Must supply own basic hand tools
- Punctual, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying field conditions
- Work alongside journeymen on residential and commercial job sites
- Run conduit, pull wire, install devices, and assist with rough-in and finish work
- Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work environment
- Journeyman: $35/hr | Apprentice: $28/hr
- Benefits package available after 6-month probationary period
