Electrician's Assistant

**Position Overview:**
As an Electrician's Assistant, you will support our electricians in various residential and commercial electrical projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within the electrical field.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
• Help with troubleshooting electrical issues and conducting tests to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including job sites and tools.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment needed for each job.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project status.
• Participate in training sessions and apprenticeships to develop electrical skills.
• Must be willing to stay out of town occasionally
• Must be willing to work in dirty environments as we remodel homes
• Must be willing to travel to job sites and have reliable transportation
• Must be reliable and on time to job sites
• Must be willing to work in Knoxville and the surrounding areas

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in construction or electrical work is a plus, but not required.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction from experienced electricians.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
