Electricians needed ASAP- Data Center project

Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Construction Electricians for a large-scale electrical construction project in York, SC.

This is a new construction/build project — not an operating-plant maintenance position. Electricians will install, terminate, test, and energize new electrical infrastructure from construction drawings, including conduit, cable tray, underground duct bank, cable, wire, and 480V building and feeder systems.

PAY: Apprentice: $25.00–$30.00/hr | Journeyman: $31.00–$35.00/hr
Overtime Pay Scale: 40-44 regular OT, 45-56 hours +$3/hr, over 56 hours +$5/hr
HOURS: 10-hour workdays, 5–6 days per week
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 18 months

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install and terminate new 480V electrical infrastructure, including breakers, transformers, switches, buswork, control systems, and batteries.
Install EMT, rigid and other raceway systems, cable tray, underground duct banks, trenching, cable, and wire.
Pull, route, terminate, land, and label conductors according to issued construction drawings.
Perform electrical testing using multimeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, ammeters, and insulation meggers.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, one-lines, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work packages.
Support commissioning, first energization, punch-list completion, and project turnover.
Follow LOTO, grounding, clearance procedures, NFPA 70E, and site PPE requirements.
Set and dress electrical equipment and operate hand and power tools, cable-pulling equipment, blowers, pumps, and portable generators.
Document completed work, test results, and as-built changes.
Work safely with electrical crews, engineers, vendors, and other construction trades.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5+ years of industrial, commercial, or data center electrical construction experience.
Strong experience installing conduit, cable tray, underground duct bank, cable, and 480V systems.
Ability to read construction drawings, one-lines, schematics, and work packages.
Experience using electrical test equipment including multimeters and meggers.
Working knowledge of NFPA 70E and LOTO procedures.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors.
Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and extended shifts as project demands required.
Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
Must have standard electrical hand tools.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Data center, industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale commercial construction experience.
Experience with 480V distribution, transformers, switchgear, buswork, controls, and first energization.
OSHA 10 or equivalent construction safety training.
Scissor lift certification.
Experience working on large-scale, multi-site construction projects.
Strong blueprint, one-line, and electrical drawing interpretation skills.
Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
Must have standard electrical hand tools.

Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must have own tools for the trade.
