We are a growing, faith-based, family-run commercial and industrial electrical contracting business operating in the Hampton Roads area. We are currently expanding our operations and looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. Open Positions & Compensation
Pay for all positions ranges from $22.00 - $43.00 hourly, based strictly on experience and the role applied for.
Project Managers: Seeking experienced leaders to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects efficiently from start to finish. Company vehicle, Gas card, Pay negotiable based on experience.
Journeymen Electricians: Looking for skilled commercial/industrial electricians to handle complex installations, troubleshooting, and field leadership. Company Vehicle and Gas card for the right candidate after break-in period.
Entry-Level Apprentices: Paid apprenticeship programs are available for highly motivated individuals. No prior electrical experience is required—we will teach you the trade from the ground up.
Office Staff / Shop Manager: Seeking a "jack of all trades" with strong computer and technology aptitude. Core administrative duties include managing company vehicles, handling shipping/receiving, coordinating deliveries, and overseeing parts purchasing and procurement. You must also be capable and willing to jump in at the jobsite to assist if needed.
Core Requirements
Clearances: All applicants must be able to work on military bases and at schools
Mechanical Aptitude: Being mechanically inclined is an absolute must for all applicants.
Driving Record: A clean driver's license is required for the Office Staff/Shop Manager role.
Mindset: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
