Electronics Experienced Person

I am looking for individual to teach electronics, component level, troubleshooting, power supplies, and multimeter. I own a medical device company and I am familiar already with some trouble shooting and have had many high level techs work for me, I however have not taken the time over the years to formally learn more. I do not want to take time from my techs, nor for them to be my teacher. So I am looking for someone to help teach me one on one and I am happy to pay well.
