We don’t want typical subcontractors. We want Installation Partners.
If you run a legitimate, insured crew and take pride in your craftsmanship, we have the volume to keep you busy 12 months a year.

HOW YOU GET PAID (The Compensation):

Fixed Rate Sheet: We operate on a standardized, pre-approved Labor Agreement (LATP). You are paid a fixed, premium rate per square/per job.
No Haggling, No Guessing: You will know exactly what the job pays before you step foot on the property.
Fast Payouts: We don’t make you wait 30 to 60 days like other contractors. When you complete the job cleanly with zero punch-list items (First-Time Completion), your invoice is processed for immediate payout.

Uncapped Earning Potential: You are limited only by the quality, size and speed of your crew. If you can handle the volume, we will feed you the work.

OUR REQUIREMENTS (The Standard):

We protect our homeowners and our brand. To partner with us, you MUST have:

Proof of Insurance: Active General Liability and Workers' Compensation policies.
Equipment: Your own reliable trucks, trailers, brakes, tools, and safety gear.
Professionalism: A commitment to keeping a clean, safe job site and delivering a 5-Star experience to the homeowner.
EPA Lead-Safe Certification: (Preferred/Required depending on the age of the homes you will be able to work on).
