Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating Embroidery machines and a strong background in production workflow. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient fabrication of high-quality products within our warehouse environment. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, working collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

Operate embroidery machines to decorate garments according to specifications.
Maintain and troubleshoot sewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency in the warehouse.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skills

Proficient in operating various types of embroidery sewing machines.
Experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
