Brist Mfg is a custom apparel company that creates goods to be worn out not thrown out. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, dynamic team expanding new operations in Fountain, CO.
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our small but mighty production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products that meet customer specifications and company standards. Please ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE PROVEN EMBROIDERY EXPERIENCE.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor embroidery machines to ensure accurate stitching and quality.
Interpret work orders, design files, and thread color charts.
Hoop garments and prepare materials for embroidery.
Perform machine setup, thread changes, and minor adjustments.
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Maintain equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and performing routine maintenance.
Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Previous embroidery or textile machine operation experience required.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to read and follow work orders and design specifications.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Repetitive hand and arm movements are required.
