We specialize in ECC Inspections, Home Energy Audits, Home Energy Scores, Building Permits, and Rebate Programs — helping homeowners and builders deliver healthier, high-quality, high-performance, energy-efficient homes

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Perform ECC field inspections and diagnostic testing (duct leakage, refrigerant charge, airflow, etc.) for singlefamily and multifamily projects.
• Complete and upload compliance documentation via CHEERS and our internal company portal.
• Coordinate efficiently with project managers, builders, and homeowners on-site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required: Basic understanding of residential HVAC systems, building science, or construction trades.
• Certifications: Active CA ECC / HERS Field Assessor credentials preferred. Entry-level applicants welcome — we will fully train, mentor, and sponsor certification costs (~$3,000 value) for the right candidate.
• Pluses: BPI (Building Performance Institute) or HES (Home Energy Score) certifications.
• Attributes: Self-directed, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing daily jobsite routes independently.
• Requirements: Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record; physically comfortable using ladders, navigating attics/crawlspaces, and working on active jobsites.

COMPENSATION &; CAREER PATHWAY

• Earn Up to $25–$40+/hr with Paid On-the-Job Training & Certification
• 8 hrs per day - 40 hrs per week - FULL TIME JOB
• Performance Bonuses: Project completion and quality-based incentives.
