Pahrump Rentals & Hardware has proudly served the Pahrump community for more than 30 years. Today, we're investing in the future by expanding our company and launching a new RV Service & Repair Center.

We're not simply hiring an RV technician.

We're looking for an experienced RV professional who wants to help build, grow, and eventually lead a successful RV service operation from the ground up.

About the Opportunity

Our company already offers equipment rentals, hardware, and contractor supplies from a highly visible commercial location on one of Pahrump's busiest highways. We have established shops, a loyal customer base built over three decades, and ownership committed to investing in the future.

As part of our expansion, we are adding an RV Service & Repair Center along with a growing retail department offering RV parts, supplies, and accessories.

We are launching this new department with an emphasis on coach and house-related repairs, not major engine or drivetrain work.

Our initial services will include:

Electrical troubleshooting and repairs

Plumbing systems
Roof inspections and leak repairs
RV appliances
Slide-outs
Awnings
Windows and doors
Interior repairs and restoration
Exterior accessories
Preventive maintenance
RV inspections
Detailing and customer-ready preparation

As the department grows, we plan to expand into additional services, including major mechanical repairs. We want someone who is excited about helping us shape that future.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proven professional—not someone learning the trade.

Applicants must have:

Verifiable RV repair experience or closely related experience in RV, marine, trailer, coach, or specialty vehicle repair.
Excellent references from previous employers, customers, or business associates.
A proven reputation for honesty, integrity, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and help establish the systems and reputation of a new department.

Experienced individuals, husband-and-wife teams, or established RV repair teams are encouraged to apply.

Daily commuting is an option. For the right individual or team, we may also be able to provide on-site RV accommodations during the work schedule.
