Entrepreneurial Contractor Wanted — Partner on Tucson Value-Add

I’m looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial contractor to partner with me on approximately a dozen value-add real estate projects in the Tucson area.

I’ve sourced, renovated and repositioned more than 1,000 properties during my career—but I’m new to Tucson and looking for the right local partner who knows how to manage renovations and get projects completed.

You should have:

• Proven construction and renovation experience
• Strong local subcontractor and supplier relationships
• The ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Some working capital and the ability to participate financially in projects
• The drive to build long-term wealth instead of simply collecting a contractor’s fee

This is not a standard hourly construction job. I’m looking for someone who wants to become a true partner on the right deals and share in the upside.
