Are you looking for a hands-on job with a future? Do you have some construction experience, or are you good with using tools? We’re hiring entry-level Air Conditioning Trainees to join our growing team! No experience? No problem. We will train the right candidates from the ground up.

This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade, work outdoors, and build a long-term career with a stable and supportive company. Experienced technicians make as much as $40 to $50/hour, so with hard work you can achieve this too.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in the installation of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems
Load and unload tools and equipment
Support lead technicians with tasks on-site
Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from the job site/shop
Willingness to learn and work hard
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
Positive attitude and punctuality a must
Must be 18 years or older
Experience with some construction of mechanical skills a plus
