We are seeking a talented Carpenter to join their Fabrication Team in Nashville, TN. This role requires flexibility with design and schedule changes, a desire to research new materials, and an approachable character.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize shop machinery, including table saws, band saws, sanders, routers, and joiners
• Sand and finish various materials such as metal, plastics, and wood
• Maintain excellent timekeeping and adhere to schedules
• Demonstrate strong safety and organizational skills

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience with shop machinery and tools
• Expertise in sanding and finishing of different materials
• Welding experience a plus
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Adherence to safety protocols
• Able to keep a neat, clean, and orderly workspace
• Be willing to travel
• Desire to continue learning
