Service Coordinator / Dispatcher

Receive, review, and process incoming service requests

Communicate with customers regarding service needs and updates
Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to job sites
Maintain accurate records of service activity
Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure timely service completion

Position Details:

Full-time, in-office (Ontario, CA)

Experience:

Prior dispatch or service coordination experience is a plus
Willing to train the right candidate
