Position Overview

We are hiring motivated individuals with strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude to train as Garage Door Service Technicians.
No garage door experience required — we will train you.
This role is designed for people who want to learn a trade, develop sales skills, and grow into a high-earning technician role.

What You’ll Learn

Garage door systems (springs, openers, tracks, etc.)

Diagnosing issues and recommending solutions
Customer communication and service skills
How to build repair and replacement options
How to safely and efficiently complete jobs
You will train alongside experienced technicians and follow a structured training program.

Growth Path

This role is designed to move into a full technician position.
Successful trainees will:

Graduate into a performance-based pay structure

Run their own service calls
Earn significantly higher income based on production
We promote from within.

Responsibilities

Assist senior technicians on service calls

Learn installation and repair processes
Maintain tools and job site cleanliness
Communicate with team and follow systems
Participate in training and development

Requirements

Must own work truck with ladder rack

Strong work ethic and reliability
Mechanical aptitude (construction, automotive, etc. is a plus)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working with tools and physically demanding work
Ability to lift 75+ lbs
Valid driver’s license
Must pass background check and drug screening
