Entry-Level General Laborer / Mechanically Inclined (Paid Training!)

American Safe Inc. (https://americansafeinc.com/) is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined General Laborer to join our team full-time. We are a veteran-owned commercial security integration and locksmith company that has been in business since 1976.If you like working with your hands, have a great attitude, and want to learn a skilled trade, this is a great opportunity to grow with us. No prior security or locksmith experience is required—we provide full on-the-job training.

What You Will Do:

• Assist our technicians with hands-on installations and service calls (commercial security hardware, safes, access control, and doors)
• Safely handle hand and power tools in the field and shop
• Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials
• Maintain a professional, safe workspace on job sites and in company vehicles

What We Are Looking For:

• Mechanically inclined (naturally curious about how things work and comfortable using tools)
• Positive attitude and a strong, team-player work ethic
• Strictly punctual and reliable—shows up on time, every day
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a standard background check
• Physically able to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs)

Details:

• Report to Office Location: San Jose, CA
• Pay: $20.00/hr
• Full-Time position
