Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including AC units, mini split systems, heat pumps.
Support troubleshooting of equipment issues using hand tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
Conduct electrical diagnostics on HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems and mechanical systems to identify faults.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Help with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems and refrigeration units as needed.
Maintain detailed daily service work orders records and reports for all completed work.
Qualifications:
A strong willingness to learn is essential.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems.
Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience helps in diagnosing system issues effectively.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
EPA certification.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward assisting home owners and builder representatives.
Communication skills verbal and written are required.
