We are a growing commercial baler and compactor equipment service company seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Service Technician. We believe attitude, work ethic, and mechanical aptitude are more important than industry experience. If you're the type of person who enjoys figuring out how things work, likes working with your hands, and wants to learn a skilled trade, we'll provide the training.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic mechanical ability who wants to build a long-term career.

What You'll Learn:

You'll receive hands-on training to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial equipment, including:

Commercial trash compactors

Balers
Trash chutes
Laundry chutes
Related commercial waste equipment
You'll work alongside experienced technicians until you're confident working independently.

Daily Responsibilities:

Assist with equipment installations and repairs

Perform preventative maintenance
Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic problems
Safely use hand and power tools
Travel to customer locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley
Complete service paperwork and communicate with the office
Deliver professional customer service on every job

We're looking for someone who:

Has good mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands-on work

Is dependable and shows up on time
Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn
Can follow directions and work independently after training
Has a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Can lift 50 pounds or more
Takes pride in quality workmanship
Experience That Transfers Well

No direct experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds such as the following are encouraged to apply:
