Entry-Level Sliding Door Repair Technician Assistant

Location: Vista, CA

Start Time: 7:30 AM
Service Area: San Diego County & Orange County

We are a sliding door repair company based in Vista and are looking for a motivated Technician Assistant to support our Lead Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, interacting with customers, solving problems, and learning a skilled trade. There is plenty of room for growth within the company.

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team player with good customer service skills
Ability to problem-solve and learn new skills
Clean driving record
Clean criminal background
Reliable transportation to and from our Vista location
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
Experience in repairs, construction, glass work, or related trades
Willingness to be trained

Daily Responsibilities:

Sliding glass door roller replacements
Sliding glass door track replacements
Measuring and installing window and door glass units
Mirrored closet door repairs and installations
Sliding glass patio door installations
Assisting the Lead Technician with customer service and job completion
