Epoxy Flooring Technician (Part-Time / On-Call) – $30/hr

Job Description:

MAINERS is seeking an experienced Epoxy Flooring Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in garage and basement transformations, including epoxy floor coatings and concrete surface work.

This is an on-call / part-time position to start, with jobs scheduled around your availability as our company continues to expand.

Responsibilities:

• Install epoxy flooring systems in garages and basements
• Prepare concrete surfaces (grinding, cleaning, crack repair, moisture considerations)
• Apply coatings, flakes, and sealers with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Communicate clearly with clients when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with epoxy flooring and concrete surfaces
• Valid Maine driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Availability for on-call scheduling (flexible hours)
• At least one professional reference

Preferred (Not Required):

• Before-and-after photos of past projects
• Experience with basement moisture issues or surface prep challenges

Pay & Perks:

Must have at least one professional reference that will be confirmed. Must have an active Maine drivers license and a minimum of 2 years experience with epoxy floors.
