• Proper Equipment: Must own/operate commercial-grade surface prep equipment (planetary grinders/shavers, ride-on or heavy walk-behinds, industrial vacuums/dust extractors).

• Insurance: General Liability insurance and ability to list our entity additionally insured.
• Reliability & Communication: Professional crew leaders who can hit strict deadlines, and manage on-site timelines.
