Equipment Operator - Commercial Construction

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Equipment Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and experienced operating heavy equipment on commercial construction sites.

Responsibilities

Operate mini excavators and skid steers safely and efficiently.
Perform excavation, grading, trenching, material handling, and site preparation.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Work closely with foremen and site crews to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all jobsite safety procedures.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience operating mini excavators and skid steers required.
Previous commercial construction experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow site plans, grade stakes, and instructions.
Knowledge of equipment safety and daily inspection procedures.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
OSHA 10 certification preferred/required based on project requirements.
