Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator / Skilled Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in site work, grading, paving, and underground utilities, is safety-minded, dependable, and self-motivated, and takes pride in representing our company with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and graders safely and efficiently
Perform site grading, trenching, and utility installations
Assist with paving and other construction-related tasks as needed
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation and site work
Experience with underground utilities, grading, and paving required
Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus
Mandatory drug test prior to employment
Strong attention to safety and detail
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Reliable and motivated, with a solid work ethic
