We are seeking a versatile Shop & Field Service Technician to handle the diagnostic, maintenance, and repair of commercial pressure washing systems and outdoor power equipment. This is a hybrid role split between our Lake Elsinore shop and traveling to local client sites in a company-provided service vehicle.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Diagnose and repair small gas and diesel engines (Honda, Briggs & Stratton, Kohler).
- Troubleshoot high-pressure water pumps, unloader valves, seals, plumbing bypass lines, and plumbing configurations.
- Inspect and repair basic 12V and 120V electrical components, switches, starters, and burner assemblies.
- Drive the company service vehicle safely to regional client sites for on-site diagnostics and field repairs.
- 2+ years of experience in small engine repair, equipment rental maintenance, golf course maintenance, or a related mechanical trade.
- Working knowledge of basic electrical troubleshooting (using a multimeter) and basic plumbing/pump systems.
- Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required to drive the company vehicle).
