Equipment Service Technician 

We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician, with focus on automotive and mechanical assembly, to join us. Our team thrives with positive, upbeat members who want to engage and help move us forward. This position offers a wide variety of tasks, based on your experience, ranging from welding and fabrication, R&D, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical repair/assembly/install.

Valued Knowledge and Experience: 

• Automotive - Suspension, brakes, wheel bearings, maintenance (3/4 ton+ truck preferred)
• Equipment – Rail gear (installation, alignment, inspections), generators, utility truck components
• Electrical – Component operation, diagnostics, install, schematic literacy
• DOT inspections, ANSI crane inspections, annual rail gear FRA inspections
• Product Assembly – Follow work instruction
• Machine Operation – Forklift, CNC mill, lathe, band saw, hydraulic press
• Hydraulics – Power units, pumps, valves, rams, fitting competency
• Pneumatics – Compressors, solenoids, actuators, valves
• Mechanical – Well versed in the use of basic hand and power tools
• Welding and fabrication – MIG, TIG, stainless, aluminum and mild steel familiarity
