ERRCS / Low Voltage Installer — Bay Area | Pacific DAS

Pacific DAS installs and supports Emergency Responder Radio Communication Systems (ERRCS) and related low-voltage infrastructure. We’re hiring a field installer who already has real cabling or low-voltage trade experience.

Pay: $28–$38/hour DOE. Overtime per California law. Gas card and mileage for approved work driving. Per diem on overnight travel.

Where you’ll work: Bay Area job sites, with a Pleasanton-area shop/warehouse. Travel to other California projects as needed, including occasional overnights.

What you’ll do

• Install and support Emergency Responder Radio Communication Systems (ERRCS)
• Install ERRCS and related gear: antennas, coax, fiber, amplifiers, splitters, headend equipment, and related hardware
• Build supporting pathway: EMT, FMC, pull boxes, and enclosures
• Help with testing, documentation, and AHJ inspections as you grow on the job
• Keep sites clean and safe, and move between Bay Area (and California) projects as the schedule requires

What you need

• Hands-on background in structured cabling, low voltage, fire alarm, security, telecom, DAS/ERRCS, or similar install work
• Comfort with hand tools, ladders/lifts, and physical field work
• Valid driver’s license; able to pass a background check and driving-record review
• Willingness to travel for projects, including occasional overnights

Nice to have: Prior ERRCS, BDA, or DAS installs; fiber; conduit bending; GROL, NICET, or manufacturer certifications.
