Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with construction experience to support our growing operations. This position plays a critical role in preparing accurate take-offs and cost estimates from architectural drawings and specifications for custom door and window systems.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze architectural plans to produce accurate door and window take-offs.

Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to provide timely and competitive quotes.

Use Excel, QuickBooks, and proprietary estimation software (training provided) to generate detailed proposals.

Maintain consistent organization and version control of estimates.

Communicate with vendors for up-to-date material pricing and lead times.

Review project changes or updates for re-estimation as needed.

Qualifications
✅ 2–5 years of estimating experience in construction (fenestration or glazing industry a strong plus)
✅ Must be able to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
✅ Door and window systems knowledge preferred
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks required
✅ Strong math, organization, and time management skills
✅ Comfortable learning and working in new software environments
✅ Clear communicator with excellent attention to detail
