Estimator / Project Manager - Asphalt Paving

Local Asphalt Paving contractor looking for self motivated, organized, professional to join our team.

Combined role of Estimator and Project Manager will include:
-following up on leads, meeting on site with customers to understand project needs
-estimating project needs and quantities based on plans - utilize take-off tools, etc
-proficient use of microsoft excel and Blue Beam (training available)
-new customer sales generation, including relationship building, cold calls, etc
-project management including scheduling, communicating with crew leads, liaison between client and crew (change orders, scheduling, timing, billing changes, etc)
-time spent working/office from home, significant time on the road meeting with clients and crew

Some understanding of civil construction or asphalt paving a must.
