An established 40 year local Construction Company is seeking an experienced construction professional who can estimate, manage, and supervise construction projects from start to finish. Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of construction experience required.
  • Strong estimating experience on projects ranging from bathrooms, kitchens, and residential renovations to commercial restoration and new construction.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with construction estimating software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, scheduling programs, daily reports, contracts, AIA knowledge, personnel and subcontractor management and general project documentation.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and other project documents.
  • Ability to perform quantity takeoffs, develop material and labor costs, obtain and evaluate subcontractor pricing, and prepare complete construction estimates.

  • Must be willing and able to work both in the office and in the field as project requirements dictate.
