Estimator / Roof Inspector – $85K–$100K + Incentives (No Experience)

We are a growing construction and insurance restoration company looking to add a motivated Estimator/Roof Inspector to our team.

This role is a mix of hands-on fieldwork and office estimating. You’ll be inspecting roofs, documenting damage, and writing estimates using Xactimate (we will train the right person).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Inspect residential roofs and exteriors for storm damage

Take clear, detailed photos for documentation
Perform repairability and matching tests (we’ll teach you how)
Write estimates using Xactimate
Work with our team to move projects from inspection to build

What We’re Looking For:

Comfortable getting on roofs (this is a must)

Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Good communication and basic tech skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Xactimate experience is a plus, but not required
