Estimator - Roofing & Waterproofing

ROOFING ESTIMATOR NEEDED

Established and growing roofing company looking for an experienced roofing estimator to join our team for residential and commercial projects. We are in need of someone who can produce accurate estimates, help keep projects moving and inspect projects as they progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare roofing estimates for residential and commercial jobs
Perform roof measurements and takeoffs (plans, aerial reports, or site visits)
Calculate materials and labor
Coordinate with suppliers for pricing
Prepare proposals and assist with project planning
Work to keep budgets on track

REQUIREMENTS:

Roofing estimating experience 3+ years
Knowledge of roofing systems (Composition, Tile, TPO, Metal)
Ability to read plans and perform accurate takeoffs
Experience with Excel or estimating software
Ability to communicate effectively and foster client relationships
Organized and reliable
Familiar with building code requirements
Reliable transportation

PREFERRED:

Field roofing or project management experience
Bilingual a plus++
