Estimator/Project Manager

Foundations, structural concrete, and site work. If you know it, you know it.
We’re looking for someone who can go get work, bid it, and run it.
We’re not looking for someone to just track schedules and emails. We need someone who can coordinate the work, make decisions, and take ownership of the job from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

• Generating new business by providing complete, concise, competitively priced bid proposals for primarily residential concrete and building related projects.
• Going after new work, not just waiting for it
• Running jobs from award through completion
• Working directly with subs, crews, and clients
• Tracking costs, change orders, and keeping jobs on track

You need to have:

• Experience in concrete/building estimating and/or project management
• Ability to read plans and perform takeoffs
• Field understanding, not just office knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

If you take ownership and get things done, you’ll do very well here.
