• $30 to $50/hr ($62,400–$104,000/year) based on your experience and what you bring to the bay
• Raise potential at your 30-day mark, with a full pay review at 90 days

• No weekends. Ever. Monday through Friday, 8 to 5

✓ YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED (OPEN DOOR POLICY) We're an independent, family-owned shop, and the decision-makers are onsite. If something needs to change, you're talking directly to the people who can change it.

✓ NO MICROMANAGERS We let you know what we need, then we let you do your job. You've got the skill. You get the room to use it.

✓ PAID TRAINING WHEN IT MATTERS We send techs to outside training and run paid lunch-and-learns to keep your skills current on the platforms you're actually working on.

✓ YOU WON'T CARRY THE SHOP ALONE We just brought on an entry-level tech for oil changes and light work… which means the grunt work gets peeled off so an experienced tech's hours go toward what they're actually good at.
