North Shore Motor Werks is looking for an experienced European Automotive Technician to join our growing independent repair facility.

We specialize in BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, MINI, Volkswagen, and other European vehicles and are looking for a technician with strong diagnostic and mechanical experience.

COMPENSATION

$150,000–$250,000 per year

Competitive flat-rate compensation based on experience, ability, and production.

PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT

We invest heavily in the equipment and information necessary to properly service modern European vehicles.

Depending on manufacturer, our technicians have access to factory-level or professional diagnostic equipment, programming capabilities, repair information, and technical procedures.

Our Porsche capabilities include PPN access and PIWIS diagnostic equipment, along with extensive tooling and factory diagnostic resources for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and other European makes.

You Will Not be expected to diagnose complex European vehicles using basic generic scan equipment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
6+ years of professional European automotive repair experience preferred
Dealership or European independent shop experience strongly preferred
Experience with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, MINI, Volkswagen, or similar European brands
Strong diagnostic abilities
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Comfortable diagnosing modern vehicle systems and networks
Able to perform major mechanical repairs independently
Familiarity with manufacturer repair procedures
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong work ethic
Attention to detail
Pride in performing repairs correctly

You do not need to specialize in every European brand.

We are primarily looking for a technician who has developed strong diagnostic and mechanical skills working on European vehicles and is capable of continuing to expand their knowledge.
