European Master Technician
Description
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Job description:
European Master Technician — Mercedes · BMW · Audi · Porsche | No Weekends | Big Producers, Big Checks | Atlanta
If you're a strong European tech, you almost certainly already have a job. So let's be honest about why you'd even read a hiring ad.
Maybe you're tired of fighting broken or missing shop equipment. Maybe you're sweating through summers and freezing through winters in a shop that doesn't care if you're comfortable. Maybe you're the one carrying the place and you don't feel it in your paycheck, or you're done with the chaos, the drama, or a service advisor who can't sell the work you find. If any of that hits home, we should talk.
Vaughan Automotive is a European specialist in Atlanta — Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, and Jaguar Land Rover. We've earned a 4.9-star reputation across 300+ reviews by doing one thing consistently: fixing cars right the first time, with the right tools, in a shop that's actually run well.
The money, straight: our pay plan is built to write big checks to people who produce. It's flat-rate, free-market pay — the more you turn, the more you make — and we've built the labor rate, the advisors, and the systems so your hours actually sell instead of dying on a declined estimate. A-level techs here earn $120K+, and there's real room above that for a top producer.
What you get:
A fully HVAC-heated and air-conditioned shop, year-round. Cool in the Atlanta summer, warm in the winter — we want you comfortable.
No weekends. Monday through Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday.
2 weeks PTO your first year, plus 8+ paid holidays
$250/month toward your insurance premium
We supply your toolbox — bring your hand tools, we provide the box
$100/month tool truck allowance
Company-supplied laptop
Paid training, year-round — we invest in you leveling up
Every factory scan tool: XENTRY, ISTA, ODIS, PIWIS — plus EV tooling, new Hunter alignment and tire equipment, and powertrain lift tables. If we don't have the tool, we buy it.
Service advisors who actually sell the work you find
What we're looking for:
An experienced European tech (3+ years) who takes pride in doing it right and doing it efficiently
Someone ready to work alongside other pros at the same level
Open to proven systems — we run Tekmetric, and we keep this place free of chaos and drama on purpose
Reliable, honest, and holds a clean driving record
Manufacturer, ASE, or aftermarket certifications are a plus
We know exactly what it's like to be a great tech who feels unappreciated, unheard, and under-tooled — we built this shop specifically to be the place techs actually want to work. If you're reading this and you're not respected, paid fairly, or taken care of where you are now, apply now and let's have a conversation.
