Evening Lead Custodian (Full-Time)

Kline Galland Home is seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated Evening Lead Custodian to join our team. This position is responsible for helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff while providing leadership during the evening shift.

Schedule:

Full-Time
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
8-hour shifts
Saturday and Sunday off

Responsibilities:

Lead and support evening custodial operations.
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of resident and common areas.
Floor care, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and facility upkeep.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Monitor custodial supplies and equipment.
Respond to cleaning requests and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED-Minimum 3 years of janitorial/custodial experience
Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift, carry, and push at least 25 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits:
$25.00 per hour
