Excavation Division

Equipment Operator

Experience with site development and infrastructure work

Septic systems
Retaining walls
Utilities
Grading and drainage
Ability to operate all heavy equipment

Top Hand / Foreman

Lead crews and manage projects

Read plans and elevations
Coordinate equipment and materials
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Laborer

Dependable and hardworking

Willing to learn and grow
Construction experience preferred but not required
Landscape Division

Landscape Foreman / Technician

Irrigation installation and troubleshooting

Operate mini excavators and skid steers
Build custom water features and waterfalls
Plant trees, shrubs, and landscape materials
Fine grading and site preparation
Knowledge of plant material, irrigation systems, and landscape construction preferred
