Excavation Operator / Site Work Foreman - Competitive Pay

Established excavation company seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team.

Experience Preferred In:

• Excavator operation
• Reading blueprints and site plans
• Residential and small commercial site work
• Foundation excavations
• Utility installation
• Septic systems
• Stormwater systems
• Final grading and landscaping

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up every day ready to work, and can be a reliable and responsible member of our team.

Requirements:

• Experience in excavation and site work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Class A or Class B CDL is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Norfolk County and surrounding areas
