Excellent Plumber Needed

Need a skilled, bright and hardworking plumber to do rough and finished plumbing for the remodel of our single story on slab home which has been gutted so access is not going to be an issue. Among the areas that will require work:
1) Kitchen - relocate all plumbing and vents for main sink, add a sink in a new island, add water and drainage piping for the refrigerator. On demand water heater will be added for the new two sinks.
2) Minor modifications for drains for two common bathrooms. Some movement of sink plumbing. This area's toilets will be fine in their current locations.
3) Redoing master bathroom - possibly moving shower drain, installing new tub drain, installing new sink drains and vents. Like the other two bathrooms thank goodness the toilet doesn't need to be moved
4) Hot water sources are changing in service areas and/or source in all areas. Point-of-use mini-tank electric water heater will be shared by common bathrooms (back to back) and for the two sinks in the master bathroom. The master bathroom shower and tub will use a storage-tank water heater. Common bathrooms MIGHT be on the same tank, but probably not. Your wisdom and experience will be appreciated in making that decision.

Announcing budget constraint - the probable hire's hourly wage will not exceed $40/hour. If this is not workable for you and your experience level, I understand.
